I feel like first of all this is llama index, not tweepy, but second that error is pretty self explanatory. you have no developer app that is attached to the project.

sorry, i was trying the llamahub twitter loader:

i already copied the bearer_token from my developer project and app.

i think google web scraping is the only option left here...not sure how efficient it will be.

I mean what do you need Twitter for?

i want to read data from some select users's tweets to capture latest AI papers etc.

and then feed it to an app i am trying.

well, you will most likely get your IP address banned if you scrape Twitter and aren't careful about it
