I'm still relatively new to Docker - how do you set your OPENAI_API_KEY safely using this?

ie. not in index_server.py

and obviously, the containers will rebuild themselves so maybe not exactly as an environment variable on the server itself (maybe?)

I think docker supports some kind of secrets file? I still need to learn more about that haha
