Can you tell me more about the question->document pair evaluation how can I do it?

It's called "retrieval evaluation". You want to calculate Context Precision and Recall.

This should be the place where you find the documentation, but it's a bit thin: https://docs.llamaindex.ai/en/stable/module_guides/evaluating/#retrieval-evaluation

I think the most popular eval framework is probably RAGAS.
