I think I found my problem, How can I pass organization id down to OpenAI and OpenAIEmbedding?

I just run this example and it exceeded my quota? but the usage dashboard is not showing anything

Just taking a look at this repository, https://github.com/microsoft/semantic-kernel.
Has anybody used it?
