I am following one of the examples and trying to run it using only local exec, but I keep running into issues where there's an OpenAI dependency of some kind. It's not clear to me where it's coming from (but asking Perplexity it has some notions about that...). Is there some kind of basic skill or principle I am missing that could help me find and override the use of OpenAI?

Additionally is there some wisdom or reasoning behind the use of OpenAI in these examples? The one I'm doing right now is the EntityExtractor example.
