Hi all, I am trying to do a basic RAG with retrieval using Pinecone integration. When I have top k = 1, it returns 1 results; when I have top k = 3, it returns 1 as well; but wehn I have top k = 5, it returns 2. Does anyone know why?

^ It looks like I cannot execute delete operation with metadata filter. How do I identify the doc without the id in the metadata then?

What is the difference between document and vector store and how should they be used differently?
