I need to perform RAG on technical documents that include images such as electrical diagrams, maps, and voltage curves. These images contain crucial information that isn't in text form but can be visually interpreted by experts. I've tried using traditional methods, but none of the information from the diagrams was captured. Does anyone know effective methods for extracting this information into text format?
