as an experiment, i've downloaded the entire transcript of marginal revolution's development economics course (
https://github.com/invictus2010/mru_developmentecon). don't worry it's creative commons licensed :).
i tried some naive approaches to see if i could pass their online exam. grouped ~5 sentences together, fed it to OpenAI embeddings, and searched exam questions using a IPYNB. results aren't thatttt great tbh.
it looks like GPT Index mayyyyy be able to help here. excited to see what i find!
