How can i prepare my documentation and what are best practices for document authors if we want to maximize the quality of a internal RAG chatbot?

Vector DB comparison: when I read articles about what DB to choose, I always see the same usual suspects like: Pinecone, weaviate, Milvus etc but never Azure Cognitive Search. What is the reason or what do I miss ?
