Yea, as @isaackogan mentioned, we provide the tools to make your experience with OpenAI (or other LLMs) hopefully better. But you'll have to invest some time into building that application
Regarding productionized use cases though, there are a few people using llama-index as a core piece of their tech stack in production apps, and many more companies with experiments and products in the pipeline 💪
