Langfuse Example Not Working in Australia Region

i am using langfuse and i am trying this example https://langfuse.com/docs/integrations/llama-index/example-python-instrumentation-module#custom-trace-properties, but still i dont see anything in my langfuse! i noticed currently its for us and eu regions and i am at Australia, do u guys think thats why?

Have you added this bit of code in your application:
langfuse_callback_handler.flush()

I see that here: https://docs.llamaindex.ai/en/stable/examples/observability/LangfuseCallbackHandler/#flush-events-to-langfuse

yes, i did, but not working, i am following these troubleshooting steps that i found https://langfuse.com/faq/all/missing-traces , i will update here if anyone was the issue and i could fix the problem
