Isolated Instrumentation for Workflow and Query Pipeline

Hi, is there a way of doing isolated instrumentation? I have 1 Workflow and 1 old Query Pipeline. I want to only send traces/spans of my new Workflow and ignore the Query Pipeline ones. Thanks!
