I've also passed an identical "system prompt" to the OpenAIAgent as the "Instructions" for the OpenAiAgentAssistant

I don't think "duplicate" is what you want, becuase the openai assistant is a bit of a black box. Who knows what its doing that those.

Rather, you should tune the system promot and tool names/descriptions for openai agent to get the performance you want
