Instruct LLamaParse to ignore top header as headline

The community member is trying to instruct LLamaParse to not scan the top header as a headline when using the MarkdownParser, as it is causing issues with their document. The community members have tried various approaches, such as using the parsing_instructions parameter and whitening out the headers, but these methods do not seem to be consistent or effective. They then discovered the bounding_box parameter, which they believe may be more useful for their use case, but it appears to only work in premium mode and not in the normal mode. The community members are unsure if this is a bug and are considering using the premium mode, but some cannot afford it.
