Has anyone successfully used similarity_top_k with chroma index? It works fine with GPTSimpleIndex, but keeping everything the same, but switching to GPTChromaIndex, the query never uses more than one source document.

using duckdb+parquet. save and load index, before query. https://github.com/timonmat/ChatObsidian/blob/main/utils/chroma.py#L70
