A community member is experiencing an issue where their web page keeps scrolling up to the top every now and then. Other community members suggest that the issue may be related to the user's device (a laptop running Windows Microsoft Edge) or potentially an extension. The community members recommend trying the page in incognito mode to rule out any extension-related issues. The discussion indicates that the issue does not seem to occur in incognito mode, which is considered good news. However, there is no explicitly marked answer to the issue.

Seems to work fine for me. Any specific page? What kind of device/web browser?
no specific page, i am on windows microsoft edge. ill try browse in incognito mode so there are no extensions or anything. perhaps its an extension that bugs the page, unlikely though.
Hmm, I don't think I've actually tried edge before. Is this on your phone? laptop?
edge is based on chromium, so tbh I would expect it to work similarly to chrome
