Custom Prompt for RAG RetrieverQueryEngine

If I'm finding that the default prompt of the RetieverQueryEngine to need customization, is there a way to customize just that part, or do I need to be looking at a custom QueryPipeline?

I'm noticing the prompt to the final LLM call to be the one that causes issue

More so, the system message that gives instructions, though I'd like to keep the automated concatenation of relevant docs if possible
