Asking questions like where are our logging gaps? in a vector db

I have a vector db where i ingested a set of queston/answer pairs with some metadata so we can answer audit questions using similarity search. That all works great, but what I would like to do next is ask questions like "where are our logging gaps?" and have it look over the db and return something more robust than just returning similarity questions/answer pairs.
